Step 1: Get in touch
Tell us what you have, in a sentence or two. Ask whether your item can be assessed, what identification to bring and when to visit.
Step 2: Visit for evaluation
Come to C9, RK Tower, Vaishali Sector 4, Ghaziabad. Your items are tested for purity and weighed. Where stones or other fittings are present, they are accounted for separately.
Step 3: Understand the valuation
The team explains the purity found, the net weight, the rate applied and any deductions. Ask as many questions as you like. Our guide to what to expect at an evaluation has more detail.
Step 4: Decide how to proceed
If you are happy with the explanation and the offer, you may proceed. If not, you can take your gold with you. Payment arrangements and any paperwork are confirmed before you decide.

Value is based on the purity of the gold, its net gold weight and the applicable rate, after any deductions are explained. The final amount depends on the actual assessment of your item, so ask the team to walk you through the calculation.
